We organise the services required and associated expenditure for the maintenance of communal areas within a residential Apartment/Housing Development.

Our approach to estate management means that we are on site on a weekly basis. The aim being, to leave the owners in full control without the day-to-day headache of management.

- Common area cleaning

- Apportion and collect Service Charges from the owners and take legal proceedings against defaulters

- Common area electricity charges

- Garden & ground maintenance

- Waste removal

- Secretarial services

- Advise and arrange block insurance and public liability and handle common area insurance claims

- Lift repair and property maintenance

- Window and chimney cleaning

- Weekly maintenance visits

- Provision of a reserve/sinking fund to allow for any major capital expenditure in the future

- Liasise with the management company's auditors

- Deal with the inspector of Taxes and Collector General on tax matters. Bookeeping, accounting,maintaining bank accounts and reconciling statements.
